Products and Pricing
All products listed on our store are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, and finish are inherent and not considered defects. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking), bank deposit, and cash on delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD acceptance.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 80 to Rs. 120 applies. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
