At Premloom Envision, we take great care in packaging every handcrafted product to ensure it reaches you safely.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 80 to Rs. 120 applies depending on your location and package weight.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order or customised products may take 5 to 7 business days before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days. Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales events, or due to factors beyond our control such as weather or logistics delays.
Corporate and Bulk Orders
For corporate gifting and bulk orders (minimum 10 units), shipping timelines are confirmed at the time of order placement. Typical lead times are 7 to 21 days depending on order size. Individual delivery to multiple addresses is available at Rs. 150 per address.
Packaging
Every product is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging uses eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@premloomenvision.com or WhatsApp +91 9649243355 with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
