Return and Refund Policy

 

At Premloom Envision, every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Rajasthan. We take great care in packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged during transit, if the product received is different from what was ordered, or if there is a manufacturing defect. Since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of artisan work and are not considered defects.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

Please contact us at info@premloomenvision.com or WhatsApp +91 9649243355 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

 

We are happy to offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability. If the original product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

 

Corporate and Bulk Orders

 

For corporate gifting and bulk orders, return and exchange terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Please contact us directly to discuss.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Customised or personalised products (such as logo-engraved items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sculpted candles and aromatherapy products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
